Sunday, Mother’s day, I met with Carolyn and her beautiful little doll, Victoria. Victoria was being baptized in a beautiful church in Barrie, where her Grandparents have been part of the congregation for years. Victoria, despite no sleep, did so well for the whole ceremony, hardly making a single noise the whole time.
They had a slideshow put together of the 3 babies being bapized, and Victoria being the only little girl was the centre of it all.
After the baptism, we went to Tangle Creek golf club – it was the sunniest, most wonderful day we’ve had all year and the golf course was beautiful – I can’t believe I didn’t know it was there! We did some family pictures and then off I went to spend some time with my kids and my mom. All in all, a great weekend!
