Over the weekend I was honoured to photograph this beautiful wedding. I’ve known Robbie since we were in high school, and to see him as happy as he was with his beautiful new wife was awesome. In fact, the wedding was a bit of a high school reunion for me – there were a few faces that I recognized from my younger days! he day started off really easy – the guys got ready, we took some pictures and then they set up some chairs. Then the girls got ready, we took some pictures and started the ceremony. Everything was in one spot – the groom’s mum’s beautiful property.
The dinner was an amazing pig roast with ALL the fixings, and I was sufficiently stuffed when it was all said and done – just in time to sneak out for some shots literally moments before the sun set. Then the speeches, the dances (complete with a mini-flash mob by Robbie and his mum) and the party was ready to begin.
