I can’t believe it’s been almost a whole year since I first met Payton in my studio for her newborn/3 month photos, and now she’s turning one! She’s a lot friendlier with me now than she was then, thats for sure 😛
Mom worked really hard for this cake smash, baking a beautiful big purple cupcake. There was so much icing, my nose is all stuffed and yet I could STILL smell the sugar! Payton was all smiles for her “pre” pics, but when we brought out the cake she was totally unsure – it was reminiscent of my own daughter’s cake smash as it was ALL tears! But hey, it’s her party and she’ll cry if she wants to! Once the bath was done, she was back to smiles again, and we got some cute pics of her playing with the letter blocks.
I can’t wait until we get warmer weather to do more pictures with this little doll!
