Saturday was supposed to be a winter wonderland – the snow was falling, the temperatures were milder than they have been and we had Mike and Rosie’s wedding. And winter wonderland it was! The roads were a mess north and south but that wouldn’t dampen their day.
Rosie was a little stressed in the morning, because sweet little Alina was a little tired and cranky. But we got everyone dressed and ready to go. We got to Paradise Banquet hall and everything was set up and ready to go. The ceremony was beautiful – their 2 kids were a huge part of the whole thing, it was beautiful. From their son taking Rosie to daddy all the way through the ceremony. Not just the joining of two people, but the final connection of their family.
The photos went well, the dinner was delicious and the dancing was gorgeous. I’m sure that it was a night that Mike and Rosie won’t soon forget – even while on their honeymoon.
Thank you both for including me in your day – you may have felt crazy and stressed, but I felt right at home!
