Yesterday was Colin & Kirsty’s wedding in Aurora, and it was a beautiful day for a wedding! The weather held out, it was a little hot… but everything turned out perfectly!
Kirsty was looking for a photographer, and I couldn’t help but offer myself up to her, after all she was my doula when my daughter was born. And for those of you that don’t know my daughter’s birth story, you should know that Kirsty went above and beyond when Sophia was born, by catching her with my sister, because everything happened so fast, the midwives didn’t make it on time!
So, a beautiful day and a beautiful couple made for a beautiful wedding. There were quite a few guests all the way from England, and I have to say, I LOVE the fascinators they were wearing! For those of you that don’t know, fascinators are those awesome little hats the women wear to weddings.
Kirsty & Colin, you guys made a beautiful couple! I’m sure you have many years of wedded bliss ahead of you… thank you for letting me share in the beginning of a beautiful marriage 🙂
