So, it’s a very rare occurrence that I get to get in front of the lens. I’ve gone through my family photos, and there’s my husband, my kids, my sisters and parents… but never me. I guess thats a downfall from being the photographer in the family.
So, while shooting Holly & Bill’s wedding a week or so ago, Stephanie and I decided to take a couple shots of eachother. Now, this sounds easy – but I promise you, someone that hasn’t been in too many photos generally has a hard time posing for them. We did a couple nice shots by an old fence, and moved to a little outcropping of rocks. The first was no problem, but when we tried to get a ‘serious face’, it was anything but!
Stephanie couldn’t hold a serious face to save her life and instead we got a couple really good candids. And, not to be out done, I tried to keep a straight face and instead ended in a fit of giggles!
But, without further adieu.. here I am!
