There are so many things that make doing a newborn shoot difficult. Newborns are finicky little people, and because of that, it takes a lot of patience and waiting. I may not have won getting yesterday’s newborn to sleep, but I won today 🙂
Little Emily was absolutely stunning, she was alert and happy. The was a little milk monster, and nursed on and off all morning. But after a little while of alertness, a couple pees, a poop on daddy and some rocking, Emily fell asleep and we got some wonderful squishy pictures!
Big brother Wesley wasn’t too sure about posing for photos with his new little sister, but he played along well and we got a couple great shots with him as well. I’m having a hard time choosing some favourites, because I just love them all!
