When you contact me for information on my wedding packages, we’ll set up a no-stress consultation over a cup of coffee. I like to sit with you and hear what you want for your wedding. I want to sit with you to really look at your time line, so you’re not over buying your package, and also to make sure that we don’t underestimate it as well. I’m never a pressure sales person – My goal is to make sure your needs are being met, but at the same time I know how important it is to “click” with your photographer!
Remember that for your wedding day, I’ll be your shadow – so I want to make sure that you both like my personality so that I know I’ll be able to meet all your needs, not just taking some nice shots for you! I want to make sure that we feel like old friends – so that on your big day there’s no awkward handshakes or glances snuck over to see if I’m looking!
When we meet, I bring my printed portfolios as well as some digital files. I also have a collection of thank you cards etc that can give you an idea of what those will look like, if thats something you choose to include. There is never pressure to purchase the add-on’s, but I like to ensure you can see what you’re getting before you get it! And we never charge more for the extras if they’re purchased at a later date – the price is the price regardless!
Once we’ve gone over an approximate timeline for your big day, we can see where I’ll fit in. Do you want a photographer there for your prep time? Or just someone to capture the ceremony… Are you looking for a full day of coverage, or just a particular spot?
At this point I’ll answer any questions you have about my style and abilities. We can talk about the benefits to having 2 shooters for your day and many other things! You can expect the consultation to take about an hour.
