I love, love, love it when I'm given permission to post some boudoir pictures!!!  Honestly, women don't realize how incredibly empowering it is to just have their picture taken - not just the lingerie part, but to REALLY see themselves, the way everyone else does!  I love it! Would you believe there isn't much to be found by way of boudoir photos in a fire hall?  That was A's reason for saying YES! I can post her photos!  She looked all over google, and aside from a few girls in the jacket and/or pants.. there wasn't much.  Not to worry, we managed to get some really awesome shots - we even took out the axe!  A was a little nervous at first, but really warmed up once we got going, and I can't wait to hear what her hubby thinks when she gives him this little gift! I'm so glad I get to share a couple more boudoir photos!  Because of the private nature of the pictures, I'm not going to name my wonderful and beautiful client, but she's given me permission to share a couple of her photos and I'm thrilled! The beautiful thing about boudoir photography, is that it shows women a picture of themselves that they wouldn't see when they look in the mirror - for some reason, women don't see themselves as the inherently sexy creatures they are. It's not too often I get to blog about my boudoir shoots, because they're so private and personal! But occasionally I do get to, and I love it! This morning, I got to meet Christa for her boudoir. I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda the other day for her boudoir - man was it sexy! Amanda assured me she was not photogenic, but she surprised herself with an incredible session! It's fairly rare that I get to post my boudoir sessions online, obviously because of the nature of the sessions, a lot of people prefer to keep their pictures private - totally understandable! I met Peggy at Country Spaces today for her boudoir photos. Peggy is amazing. That's pretty much the sum of this story, she lost some weight, is turning 50 and just just stunning!  Peggy wanted to give herself somethi ng for her birthday, a 'feel-good' present because she's so proud of herself - and she should be! I instantly warmed up to her, and we chatted and chatted - her smile was infectious, and she handled the poses like a complete champion!  Peggy, any time you want your photos done, you let me know... you were a star today!

Last night the snow fell. And fell, and fell... and fell. This morning I looked outside and found a winter wonderland had covered everything in sight. I was excited to get the kids in the snow, but worried that with all that awful white stuff, my client wouldn't make it over today for her boudoir shoot. But Brandy braved the snow and we got some really awesome pictures! Brandy was a master of the 'sexy eyes', which, when I try to show people how to do it, I just look tired and a little drunk. Brandy didn't need me to show her, she was a wonderful model, and did a fantastic job today! I'm sure...

Va-va-voom. That's all that sums up todays boudoir shoot with Julianna. I am  looking through the close to 200 pictures we took and I couldn't even narrow it down to my favourites, because they were all so beautiful! Julianna, if you're reading this, I'm sending you my absolute favourite, and posting a couple others to the blog - I have to leave something to the imagination! Julianna had some really awesome ideas, and great outfits, and she completely and totally rocked her shoot today!  I have no doubt that her hubby will be absolutely floored by her Valentine's Day gift for him!
